The KHS Parent Association and Kingston High School are hosting the Kingston Community Anti Bullying Conference – Prevention & Intervention: A Personal, Parental and Public Response to Bullying this Saturday May 10, 2014 from 9am – Noon.
The conference offers 14 different workshops with a wide variety of topics sure to appeal to students grades K-12 and adults. Whether families have a child who is being bullied, bullying others, being impacted as a bystander or the family is concerned that something might happen in the future, they can leave the conference empowered to help their child and even reach out to others in Kingston to make changes in the bullying epidemic that we are facing. Community members of Kingston are also invited to attend.
Descriptions of the various workshops along with instructions to register for the conference are found at www.kingstoncityschools.org/khspa Pre-registration is encouraged. A separate registration form should be completed for each student and/or each parent attending the conference. Parents, students grades K-12 and community members are all invited to attend the conference.
